Therefore, our expansion model relies on highly autonomous professionals who can work virtually and enjoy the flexibility of owning their schedule and working in a very stimulating environment without leaving home.  There are no minimum billable hours required or other complex formula to apply. We work collegially and make sure people are rewarded for the work they do and generate.

At this moment, we are looking for a senior paralegal who has 10 years or plus of direct relevant experience working in the technology sector, preferably with some in-house experience, and who has direct expertise and familiarity with the various contracts and transactional activities found in the high tech space.  Main duties entail drafting, reviewing and revising of various contracts of various nature (e.g. NDAs, EULAs, development work, inbound and outbound licensing, channel and reseller, etc. ) Must be comfortable working directly with clients and be able to accommodate both West and East Coast time zones.  This is a contractual position and compensation is on an hourly basis, determined according to experience and credentials.
