On March 2, Louis was a guest speaker for the Licensing Executive Society (LES) quarterly meeting in Vancouver, B.C. and his talk was on “Patent Litigation and Patent Sales, and Their Impact on IP as an Asset Class”

On March 7^th, Louis was a guest speaker at the 8^th Annual IP Counsel Forum held in San Jose, CA. His talk was on “Monetizing Patents: Is the Uptick in Patent Prices a Trend or Here to Stay”?

On March 27^th, Louis was the opening keynote speaker at the ICAP Patent Brokerage Summit on IP Strategy & 15th ICAP Ocean Tomo Auction held in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. His talk was entitled: “Every Company is an IP Company – The “Glassybaby Syndrom”

On May 3^th, Louis will chair a seminar, held by the Merrill Corporation in San Francisco, CA, entitled: “Is Your Organization IP Market Ready?”

On May 21^st, Louis will co-chair the Annual Advanced Licensing Seminar organized by the Washington State Bar Association Intellectual Property Section held in Seattle, WA. Details to follow.
